Constant exercise certainly could be used to explain whatever health advantages hunter-gatherer societies have.  I don&#039;t know that it has been, but I&#039;m not too familiar with any of this stuff.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[the diet is basicly atkins. No grains,rice,potatoes or processed sugars.  It is a good way to lose weight.  I have been on it for half ayear.
